Responsibilities:Oversee the operation of a 24/7 highly available VoIP infrastructure.Maintain a comprehensive view of the architecture and implement optimizations.Plan, install, and update VoIP services as required.Ensure top-notch call quality and performance using cutting-edge monitoring software.Monitor and coordinate with upstream carriers for service efficiency.Provide VoIP expertise to support software developers and AI teams in enhancing our software products.Upcoming Projects:Migrate VoIP Layer 3rd party call control to distributed WebRTC Softphones.Develop a highly available and scalable WebRTC Softphone Registrar.Transition a SIP Servlet-based contact center application to a modern HTML5 application.Modernize and refactor the existing VoIP environment.
