We are seeking dedicated Board members to join our dynamic organization. The primary role of a Board member is to provide strategic advice, oversee governance, guide policy direction, and contribute to the leadership and promotion of the Aparecio Foundation, thereby supporting our mission and addressing the needs of the community.
- Provide organizational leadership and strategic advisement
- Organize the Board of Directors, officers, and committees
- Formulate and oversee organizational policies and procedures
- Manage financial resources, including the adoption and oversight of the annual budget
- Oversee program planning and evaluation
- Evaluate personnel and foster staff development
- Review organizational and programmatic reports
- Promote the organization and its mission
- Participate in fundraising and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure the organization has adequate resources
- Maintain legal and ethical integrity while ensuring accountability
- Facilitate effective organizational planning
- Recruit and orient new Board members, assessing Board performance
- Enhance the public standing of the organization
- Monitor, strengthen, and evaluate the organization’s programs and services
