Qualifications
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.• Basic knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO practices, and warehouse systems, particularly in SAP S/4HANA and the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module, is an added advantage.• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential.• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is needed.
About the job
As a Warehouse Executive at XP Power, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily warehouse activities such as the receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatching of materials. You will ensure that inventory records are updated accurately in our ERP/WMS systems, specifically the SAP S/4HANA system, while maintaining proper documentation.
In this role, you will support the timely supply of materials to production lines and assist in conducting cycle counts and stock takes, reporting any discrepancies or damages that may arise. Coordination with the Production, Planning, and Logistics teams will be essential to ensure smooth operations.
You will also be responsible for ensuring proper material handling practices, including FIFO/FEFO, as well as compliance with quality standards. Adhering to safety protocols, housekeeping practices (5S), and company procedures will be vital to your success in this position.
