Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:- Perform trash collection from designated pick-up points in residential areas.- Ensure timely and efficient pickup of trash bins and bags.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trash collection zones.- Lift and manage parcels during dispatch, loading, and delivery.- Ability to lift parcels up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment or team assistance; able to lift up to 50 lbs while collecting trash.- Complete delivery routes with up to 150 packages across various apartment communities.- Retrieve inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling tools.- Ability to crouch, kneel, and stand throughout shifts.- Move parcel loads between delivery vans and throughout communities.- Capability to navigate stairs for deliveries as required.- Possess close, distance, and peripheral vision along with depth perception for safe driving.- Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and other relevant equipment.
