Khibraty is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations within a dynamic branded distribution and marketing environment. This pivotal role will encompass the management of day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, collaborating with internal teams, and enhancing the overall efficiency and safety of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG sector, along with a robust understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee and coordinate warehouse personnel, including shift management, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
● Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of all goods.
● Supervise compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements related to the Food & Drug Administration.
● Manage customs processes including deposits, inbound/outbound logistics, and clearance activities.
● Handle product disposal and destruction in compliance with regulatory standards.
● Monitor and maintain inventory levels to uphold consistency and accuracy.
● Implement and enforce safety and security protocols throughout the warehouse.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency across departments.
● Continuously refine warehouse layout and processes for enhanced efficiency.
● Supervise the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
● Lead training initiatives for warehouse staff to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
