- Engage in diverse activities within the Receiving/Warehouse department tailored to your skill set while collaborating effectively with team members to fulfill both internal and external customer demands.
- Operate powered industrial forklifts safely within a busy warehouse and production environment.
- Strictly follow all established policies and procedures, including safety inspections, GMP standards, and proper use of safety equipment.
- Utilize a yard tractor for material handling.
- Execute goods receipts in SAP while demonstrating a solid understanding of Receiving and Warehouse operations.
- Adhere to quality protocols concerning non-conforming materials and any special handling processes required.
- Ensure inventory accuracy aligned with SAP standards through diligent inventory practices, verified via a cycle counting program.
- Maintain an adequate supply of raw materials to guarantee uninterrupted production flow.
- Collaborate with production staff to determine the timing of product changes, ensuring prompt delivery of new materials and accurate return of outdated materials to the warehouse.
- Daily responsibilities encompass stocking the box room, fulfilling daily stock requirements, and efficiently unloading incoming raw materials.
- Uphold cleanliness in the warehouse, material kitting areas, and receiving dock, promptly notifying supervisors of any issues or damages.
