Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.
Salary: £34,753 per annum
As the Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you will lead the warehouse team, assisting Shift Managers in achieving both safety and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Shift Manager in executing warehouse operations and addressing any operational challenges.
- Schedule and oversee the activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Guarantee the timely and accurate completion of all warehouse tasks.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases within your shift.
- Facilitate communication briefings to keep all team members informed and aligned.
- Ensure adherence to the Company’s Health & Safety regulations through effective practices and training for the warehouse team.
- Assist team members in achieving performance targets and address underperformance when necessary.
- Maintain performance records for the team and individuals, informing the Shift Manager of any unresolved operational disruptions.
- Contribute to the organization of training and development initiatives for warehouse staff, including on-the-job coaching.
