We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver our services to new communities. As part of the Fetch Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring secure and efficient package delivery for residents.
In this leadership position, you will oversee the package fulfillment process and guide a team of operations associates to provide top-notch delivery services. Responsibilities will include mentoring the operations team and managing the onboarding, training, and scheduling of independent contract drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire fulfillment process within the warehouse
Lead a team of Operations Associates in daily fulfillment tasks
Coordinate scheduling for the operations staff
Train, assess, and enhance the performance of Operations Associates
Manage relationships with independent contractors
