The Warranty Analyst serves as the primary contact and escalation point for customer warranty concerns within the divisions. This role is integral to a cross-functional warranty team, bringing customer perspectives into quality assurance and engineering frameworks. The Warranty Analyst is responsible for guiding teams to meet customer warranty management needs for new, modified, or existing programs.
Core Responsibilities:
Achieve expert-level proficiency in customer warranty systems as directed by management.
Monitor field repairs using customer systems and proactively alert stakeholders to potential issues.
Generate and distribute monthly financial reports concerning warranty matters.
Engage with customer blogs, enthusiast platforms, dealer resources, and social media to track part performance.
Collect warranty-related data from external and internal sources, including OEM warranty programs and dealer returns.
Analyze returned parts from dealer programs for root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.
