KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly review warranty documentation to validate dealer warranty claims.
- Assist the dealer network in processing warranty claims selected for review through detailed examination of submitted claims.
- Assess warranty repair eligibility based on technical analysis, compliance with warranty policies, and accurate claiming of parts and labor based on program guidelines.
- Monitor the status of claims from submission to resolution.
- Provide constructive feedback to dealers on warranty claim concerns while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the manager for further action.
- Oversee claim payment systems for potential issues and collaborate with the Client's claims systems team for resolution.
- Conduct manual reviews and validations of claims or pre-authorization requests from the dealer network.
- Validate repair requests made by the dealer network.
- Work on-site at customer offices near Jacksonville, FL airport.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office setting with moderate noise levels.
Monday to Friday; standard office hours.
