- Accurately balance daily receipts, including cash, vouchers, credit cards, and in-house charges.
- Process check cashing transactions efficiently.
- Accept approved payment methods while adhering to accounting standards with full accountability.
- Follow all departmental cash/check handling procedures rigorously.
- Warmly greet every guest entering the visible area.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest service and maximize sales opportunities.
- Record pertinent information regarding services offered.
- Maintain cash drawer accountability in accordance with company policies.
- Implement discount and complimentary check procedures as required.
- Deliver outstanding service to both owners and guests consistently.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Accurately maintain required departmental records.
- Complete assigned opening, running, and closing duties efficiently.
