Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the wealth advisor team to deliver holistic wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients.
Develop insightful, customized financial plans and investment portfolios by conducting thorough research and analysis.
Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring that we effectively address their inquiries and needs.
Work synergistically with your team and utilize available resources to fulfill client requests and maintain updated records.
Actively participate in client acquisition efforts through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
Commit to ongoing education and mentorship, guiding new wealth advisors and client service associates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, legal, or a similar field is essential.
Possession of Series 65, CFP, or CFA designation is mandatory.
Skills & Knowledge
Proven experience in wealth management, including fee-based consulting, tax strategies, mutual funds, and insurance.
Prior experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients is crucial.
Proficiency in financial planning and investment software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuide Pro) is required.
Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in talent development, including training and mentoring.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail is essential.
