Your Role
We are looking for an accomplished Web Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in web development and technical leadership, responsible for ensuring code quality, crafting technical solutions, and mentoring a team of engineers throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver projects effectively:
Engage in hands-on coding and conduct code reviews alongside your team.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and the Engineering Lead to guide clients through their product development processes.
Lead architectural and design discussions, focusing on software scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Mentor team members:
Provide technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and the right tools and frameworks.
Participate in recruitment:
Engage in the technical assessment of candidates to strengthen our team.
Collaborate with the Head of Engineering:
Offer insights on technology comparisons and engineering process enhancements.
Coordinate activities across all engineering domains.
