Position Overview: Website & Organic Search Lead
Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a Website & Organic Search Lead to manage our public-facing site as a product. You will spearhead organic growth through SEO and AEO strategies, enhance signup conversion rates, conduct experiments, and oversee the website’s cross-functional roadmap.
In an environment where SEO and AEO are rapidly expanding, they are essential channels to meet the increasing demand for AI application builders. Our website is not just a content hub; it is a critical growth platform that requires continual testing, optimization, and enhancement.
This individual contributor role intersects organic search, conversion rate optimization, and product marketing. You will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to attract, engage, and convert visitors on lovable.dev, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to implement improvements swiftly. We expect you to excel in SEO and AEO while demonstrating a strong user-centric approach towards product development, experimentation, messaging, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Lovable’s public website as a product. Collaboratively define and prioritize the site roadmap with design, engineering, and product marketing teams.
Lead the organic search strategy, focusing on technical enhancements, content-driven growth, and site architecture in partnership with product marketing.
Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics using our internal tools, translating insights into actionable priorities.
Optimize conversion rates across the site, including landing pages and signup flows, and implement a structured experimentation process to drive growth.
