Qualifications
Requirements:Act as the primary operator of our micro clinic, welcoming patients, assisting healthcare providers during virtual appointments, and performing in-clinic procedures and tests.Utilize advanced technical devices to conduct comprehensive physical exams alongside virtual providers (including cardiac and lung evaluations using a stethoscope, ear examinations with an otoscope, etc.).Conduct in-clinic procedures such as blood draws, EKGs, urine sample processing, injections, and ear flushes.Gather and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and current medications accurately.Ensure precise charting and documentation of exams, procedures, and lab orders.Provide troubleshooting support for technical devices and audio/video issues, with remote technical assistance available.Responsible for daily clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures.
