Weekend Care Assistant
Your Contribution to Our Residents:
As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will provide assisting tasks to our residents in two living rooms for well-being and two PG living rooms. Your role is vital in maintaining a pleasant living environment while respecting the clients' autonomy. You will also consider the sequence of tasks and the preferences and abilities of the clients, being mindful of how your actions impact their experience.
Support activities in the well-being department.
Assist with transfers to and from the dining area, help with food and beverage service, and manage table setting and clearing.
Perform household tasks as required.
Proactively contribute to a welcoming and organized living space.
Be part of an independent team, collectively striving to achieve the organizational goal of providing optimal care and support. You will have the opportunity to consult with various colleagues at Savant for professional guidance.
