Join our dynamic team as a Welcome Center Agent, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to all guests engaging with our Specialty Marketing packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently check-in guests for Specialty Marketing packages.
- Allocate units to guests with attention to detail.
- Distribute room keys and ensure all guest needs are met.
- Process deposits and applicable taxes accurately.
- Provide parking permits for guests upon arrival.
- Facilitate tours, book dining and attraction reservations, sell attraction tickets, enhance packages, and extend guest stays.
- Assess and qualify guests for presentations and opportunities.
- Conduct courtesy calls to guests following check-in to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle sensitive guest information with utmost confidentiality.
- Order departmental supplies as necessary.
- Manage and send out paperwork as required.
- Maintain departmental reports and documentation.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
