As a Welcome Center Guest Services Agent, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to guests utilizing our Specialty Marketing packages. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently check-in guests for Specialty Marketing packages.
- Allocate units to guests based on availability.
- Provide room keys and ensure guests have all necessary information.
- Collect deposits and applicable taxes during check-in.
- Issue parking permits to guests for their convenience.
- Assist guests in booking tours, making dinner reservations, selling attraction tickets, and extending their stay with upgraded packages.
- Engage with guests to qualify them for presentations.
- Conduct courtesy calls to guests post check-in to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle confidential information with care and integrity.
- Order supplies for the Welcome Center as needed.
- Distribute paperwork and maintain accurate departmental reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
