As a Well Testing Supervisor (Drilling) for our project-based operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of well testing activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing stringent safety measures before commencing any job.
- Conducting brief safety meetings or Tool Box talks with team members prior to operations, ensuring everyone understands the hazards and their specific responsibilities.
- Developing comprehensive Well Testing Procedures and Job Programs.
- Overseeing the accurate reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses, and initiating investigations as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with the Company’s HSEQ Policy by monitoring team performance.
- Verifying that all operational equipment is in good condition and fully functional; any damages must be documented.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
