Wholesale Account Executive

Territory: Central NJ
The candidate in this position must be located within the Central NJ area, possess reliable transportation, and be willing to travel extensively throughout their assigned territory.
Who You Are:
As an Account Executive within our Wholesale division, you will manage our established cannabis wholesale program and contribute to our rapid expansion in one of the fastest-growing industries. Your responsibilities will include driving new sales, achieving revenue targets, acquiring new accounts, managing existing accounts, and providing sales metrics and reporting for your designated region. You should have a proven sales track record in revenue generation, achieving growth, and fostering customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all sales activities for wholesale accounts statewide to meet monthly and annual sales revenue and gross margin targets.
- Collaborate with the local market team to formulate state-specific strategies.
- Conduct sales calls and sales efforts for wholesale accounts.
- Develop and maintain new accounts and key customer relationships.
- Create pipelines, set targets, and devise innovative strategies to enhance opportunities and sales in the market.
- Organize promotional events, update sales menus and product availability databases, and fulfill customer orders.
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop promotional plans, campaigns, and educational initiatives to attract and capture new customers.
- Prepare and present sales reports to track leads and ensure effective follow-up.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels through sales tools, efficient communication, and in-store visits.
