Job Description
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and reporting for managed customer servers.
- Respond promptly to incidents based on customer requirements.
- Provide weekly updates on activities and assigned tasks.
- Engage in the design phase for new customer requirements.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required.
- Proficient in a variety of application suites (including but not limited to: Forefront TMG, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Exchange, System Center, and Virtual Server).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operating System Administration.
- Fundamental skills in Linux variants (specifically Red Hat and Solaris).
Must possess a valid passport and be open to travel for long-term assignments in Middle Eastern countries.
- Expertise in Oracle RAC real cluster is essential.
