The Workday Business Analyst will be instrumental in facilitating the development and implementation of Workday, acting as the primary communication conduit between the People & Culture (P&C) teams and the Workday technical team, specifically focusing on two critical domains: Absence & Time, and Talent, Performance & Skills. This position requires exceptional analytical skills and a solid understanding of the Workday HCM platform. The Business Analyst will translate business needs into technical requirements, assist in solution design, and promote the successful adoption of Workday functionalities in line with Keywords Studios' P&C and operational strategies.
This role will report directly to the Workday Product Owner but will support various SKU leaders as project demands shift.
Main Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Solutioning: Collaborate with P&C, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for the Absence, Time-Off, Time Tracking, Talent, Skills, and Performance modules.
- Design Support: Assist functional leads and technical teams in the design and configuration of Workday solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and minimizing cross-functional impacts.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Aid in the development and execution of testing strategies (unit, system, UAT) for new features, configurations, and Workday releases concerning both time/absence and talent processes.
- Change Management: Facilitate end-user training and ensure effective change management for new functionalities and process updates.
- Roadmap Support: Collaborate with functional leads to define the multi-year Workday roadmap, aiming for tangible near-term achievements in Absence/Time and Talent/Performance.
