JOB SUMMARY
The Workers' Compensation Customer Service Representative (CSR) / IME Scheduler at Dane Street plays a critical role in managing new case intakes and ensuring accurate system processing. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Case Intake:
- Receive new cases, verify pertinent information, and input data into the AccessDS system.
- Collaborate with clients to obtain any missing information required for claim processing.
- Organize and prepare medical documentation as needed, adhering to client-specific handling instructions.
Case Assignment:
- Schedule and assign cases to physicians for review, considering location, availability, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Ensure there are no conflicts of interest for assigned physicians.
Case Oversight:
- Track and monitor case progress to ensure compliance with deadlines.
Client Communication:
- Provide clients with regular updates on case status.
- Address any inquiries related to referral information to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure clients receive all necessary documentation for their cases.
Additional duties and special projects may be assigned based on business needs.
