Join AWE as a Workforce Capability Specialist (Inside IR35) for a 12-month hybrid contract based out of Burghfield. This role requires you to be in the office three days a week, while the remaining days offer the flexibility of working from home.

Security Clearance: SC Clearance is mandatory for this position. Candidates must be willing and eligible to undergo security checks. Due to the urgent nature of this role, priority will be given to candidates who already possess active security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of capability and governance requirements across assigned sub-functions, aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze and report on management information and governance metrics to identify trends, drive actions, and track progress.
- Prepare and agree on weekly and monthly performance reports for sub-functions.
- Develop, maintain, and manage capability plans to meet business and program needs.
- Oversee capability management and corporate projects, ensuring effective communication and delivery.
- Foster value-stream thinking throughout the organization by implementing consistent processes.
- Provide leadership for stakeholders regarding capability and business governance.
