Just three and a half years since our inception, Mondu has rapidly become a leading B2B payments provider in Europe. With operations spanning over 30 markets and backed by an EMI license, we are poised for expansion in Europe and beyond.
We are looking for a dedicated working student to enhance our commitment to delivering a seamless and exceptional customer experience to businesses choosing Mondu for their payment solutions. If you're fluent in English, passionate about customer satisfaction, and can commit to 20 hours per week, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers during their buying journey, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Your role is paramount in ensuring our customers' experience with Mondu is positive. You will provide outstanding service through various communication channels and work closely with teams from Customer Success, Accounting, and Product to assist customers effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through multiple channels (email, phone, chat) at various stages of their journey.
- Representing Mondu with a positive and empathetic attitude to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Taking ownership of customer inquiries and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications for Success
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance, excellent communication skills, and a methodical approach to work.
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn about B2B SaaS, payments, and customer journeys.
- Able to work from our central Amsterdam office and commit to 20 hours per week.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Additional Skills That Would Be Beneficial:
- Previous experience in customer service or operations, as well as familiarity with helpdesk applications (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German.
