Our expertise includes core and shell architecture, tenant improvement, interior design, workplace strategy, engineering, and building performance optimization. Our collaborative leadership approach enables us to assemble dynamic teams capable of addressing the diverse needs of any workplace project, regardless of its scale or location.
Position Overview:
As a Client Leader, you will be instrumental in driving business development, nurturing client relationships, and spearheading contract negotiations. You will guide clients through our design process while working closely with project managers to ensure the financial viability of each project. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will maintain open communication with clients, foster a collaborative and creative work culture, and ensure that both client and DLR Group objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope while managing client expectations.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to assign tasks, provide feedback, and evaluate performance of project team members.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and preparing regular status updates.
- Facilitate and document meetings with staff and clients, coordinating the efforts of project personnel, vendors, and consultants.
- Engage in client contract negotiations, manage change requests, and authorize modifications to project plans.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to RFP responses and participating in client interviews.
- Manage project invoicing, ensuring accuracy in alignment with deliverables, and oversee accounts receivable.
