Workplace Strategy and Planning
As the Workplace Experience Lead at NCS, you will spearhead initiatives to implement policies and procedures that ensure our workplace aligns with NCS standards while optimizing space utilization. You will be tasked with introducing innovative solutions that enhance productivity and support our global growth objectives. This role involves collaborating with external consultants and IT partners to keep workplace systems updated and aligned with business needs. Additionally, you will work closely with various departments such as Property, IT, People & Culture, and Marketing to cultivate a cohesive workplace experience across the organization and bolster our regional offices.
Building and Facilities Management
In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and overseeing full-cycle projects including office renovations, relocations, and the return-to-office process. Your duties will encompass project governance, tracking, reporting, and execution to ensure all projects are completed within stipulated deadlines and adhere to corporate governance standards. You will lead the facilities team in managing site activities such as maintenance, landlord liaison, supplies procurement, food operations, space planning, and sustainability programs. Balancing the standardization of workplace fit-out, amenities, and functionality across various sites while accommodating the unique character of each building and local market will be vital. Sustainability will be a focal point, and you will champion sustainable practices in building design, energy consumption, resource usage, and waste management. Additionally, you will oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance reviews for workplace services such as cleaning and maintenance, with the aim of optimizing services for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
