WHAT TO EXPECT
We are on the lookout for an energetic Workplace Experience Specialist to manage the daily operations of our San Francisco office and contribute significantly to its growth and development. In this capacity, you will not only support our local team but also collaborate with colleagues across Braze to implement global workplace operational initiatives.
As our San Francisco office grows, we are searching for proactive individuals—resourceful and hands-on team players who thrive in a dynamic environment and can establish structure when necessary. This role is part of the People Team and reports to the Workplace Experience Regional Manager for AMER.
Being a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company, we need a self-starter who demonstrates sound judgment, takes initiative, and works to continuously enhance the employee experience. You will maintain keen awareness of the needs of our San Francisco employees and remain adaptable to changing global conditions and workplace dynamics. This role requires in-office presence five days a week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee workplace site operations, managing various programs (e.g., food, snacks, mail, and packages) to ensure a seamless daily employee experience.
- Act as the primary contact for the local receptionist, handling all reception needs, greeting visitors with professionalism, and ensuring timely notifications to their hosts.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area to create a positive first impression for employees, clients, partners, vendors, and guests.
- Deliver exceptional support and enhance the overall workplace experience.
