Hours: 28 – 32 hours per week
Position: Workplace Learning Coordinator
Contract: One-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position
Education: HBO work and thinking level
Salary: FWG 50 according to the VVT collective labor agreement, maximum gross €4,659.42 based on 36 hours
Your Responsibilities:
- You coordinate the entire process of workplace learning at your Lisidunahof location.
- You translate learning questions into practical, impactful learning interventions.
- You ensure the quality of the learning environment and support improvements.
- You guide work supervisors and teams in mentoring learners and interns.
- You collaborate with managers, learning and development advisors, quality coaches, and external partners to strengthen the learning environment.
This role requires personal leadership, resilience, and strong communication skills.
