About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and systems-oriented Workplace Technology Lead to take charge of the employee technology experience at ShopMy. This role is pivotal as it lies at the crossroads of People and Technology, ensuring our team has secure and seamless access to the tools, systems, and devices essential for their productivity.
Your responsibilities will include managing onboarding and offboarding processes across our tech stack, optimizing vendor and contract management, supporting SSO and identity management, and ensuring that hardware, software, and security standards evolve in tandem with the company.
As a vital member of the People team, you will collaborate closely with People Ops to design and deliver a smooth employee technology experience. This position begins with hands-on execution and will transition into a strategic leadership role as ShopMy scales. The role is based in NYC and requires regular in-office attendance to facilitate hardware support, office setups, and daily operations.
