Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:Experience in automotive safety development (ISO 26262, ISO 21448).Strong interest and commitment to safety.Development experience in software or hardware, or strong technical knowledge.Basic knowledge and experience in the development process.Fluency in Japanese: Business level or above.Proficiency in English: Business level reading/writing and intermediate speaking.Preferred Skills and Experience:Experience in embedded systems development, especially in automotive or control-related fields.Knowledge or experience in project management.Experience in customer interaction and negotiation.Knowledge or experience in systems engineering.Knowledge or practical experience with A-SPICE.Experience with safety analysis methods such as FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, DRBFM.Ideal Candidate Traits:Desire to learn new concepts.Open-minded with proactive communication skills.Positive and cheerful attitude.Enjoys collaborating in a team environment.Understanding of process and rule adherence.English Proficiency:TOEIC score of 700 or higher is a guideline, but practical communication ability is prioritized.English training is available within the company; we value motivation for language improvement.Usage of English:Regular use of English in the working environment.
