The Youth Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in empowering adjudicated or at-risk youth through comprehensive career exploration, job search assistance, placement services, and retention programs. Your mission will be to ensure that each participant's needs are addressed, personal goals are set and achieved, and a nurturing and safe environment is maintained. You will facilitate the development of individual service plans and guide participants in accessing essential resources and services necessary for achieving their career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of participants to collaboratively develop, document, and implement personalized goal plans, while continuously monitoring progress for adjustments and completion.
Provide transportation for participants or necessary materials as required.
Engage with the community to deliver services effectively.
Assist participants in obtaining resources and services vital for securing and maintaining employment.
