Key Competencies: As a Zonal Investment Counsellor, you will leverage your financial expertise and client-centric advisory capabilities to craft personalized investment strategies. Essential competencies encompass a thorough understanding of financial markets and products, adept communication skills, unwavering ethical standards, and robust analytical capabilities. This position requires effective management of distributor and client relationships, risk assessment, efficient problem-solving, and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends, all while upholding exemplary professionalism and time management.
Key Performance Indicators:
· Provide Investment Advice: Deliver customized investment strategies based on clients' financial objectives, risk appetite, and prevailing market conditions, focusing on Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and passive investment products.
· Support Business Development: Identify avenues for expanding Alternate and Passive strategy offerings. Facilitate cross-selling of Mutual Fund ideas among distributors.
· Support Collateral & Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing and Fund Management teams to produce effective sales and marketing materials.
Wealth Creation:
· Stay Informed on Market Trends: Continuously monitor financial markets, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform investment decisions.
· Educate Distributors: Enhance distributor understanding of various investment products, their associated risks, and relevant market trends.
Compliance & Collaboration:
· Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Comply with financial regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies.
· Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with analysts, relationship managers, and channel heads to provide integrated solutions.
