Serve as the primary point of contact for team-related matters including customer complaints, requests, appointment coordination, and training.
Lead and develop a team of Field Service Specialists; effectively manage workload distribution, resource planning, and performance evaluations.
Address escalated customer situations, ensuring timely escalation to relevant personnel when necessary.
Guarantee customer satisfaction in alignment with Corporate Service Standards (CSS).
Act as the main technical advisor for both direct and indirect reports, guiding employees through logical troubleshooting and fostering their skill development.
Make decisions regarding warranties, goodwill, discounts, loaner equipment, and reconstructions as required.
Oversee CRM activities within the team, ensuring high quality and efficiency in processing time and data accuracy.
Monitor and control service activities according to management specifications including processing times and order quality.
Organize and facilitate regular team meetings in coordination with Service Management.
Conduct annual audits and customer visits with each service technician in the team.
Participate in recruitment processes and contribute to team development.
Contribute to achieving annual contract revenue targets as per budget guidelines.
Ensure field staff receive adequate training and continuous skill enhancement through regular evaluations and feedback surveys.
Compile and maintain comprehensive operational records including repair statistics and maintenance results.
Report product failure trends and weaknesses to the relevant product teams.
