SMB Inside Sales Development Program:
The SMB Inside Sales Development Program is a hands-on, 10-week initiative hosted at our Global Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Participants in the #TeamDNB development program will be immersed in our thriving culture through experiential learning and engagement with real business projects. We are looking for driven individuals eager to explore a career in business or sales. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will support daily operations aimed at business growth while gaining valuable insights into our sales processes. Our teams are dedicated to working across the organization to enhance our customer base, elevate the Dun & Bradstreet brand, and understand the key drivers that attract new customers and retain existing clients—all while striving to achieve our business objectives.
As emerging sales professionals, participants will engage in practical experiences that cultivate business acumen and provide foundational knowledge of sales tools and strategies. As a valued member of the inside sales development program, you can expect to delve into the following areas:
