Qualifications:• Master's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.• Alternatively, a Master's Degree in a non-technical field may be accepted with a minimum of 10 years of ORSA-related experience within military or government civilian sectors.• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline combined with significant applicable experience may also be considered.

Our Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) program is dedicated to evaluating emerging technologies in a complex joint and multi-domain operational landscape. We strive to develop innovative, non-material solutions that significantly improve operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability in combat scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our Joint Test & Evaluation Support Cell (JTSC), you will play an instrumental role in the programmatic evaluation and analysis of Combatant Command Test Nominations and the execution of approved initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to support JT&E projects and enhance strategic decision-making.
• Utilize advanced statistical methods, modeling & simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to assess joint military operations and improve mission outcomes.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize military operations, enhance force readiness, and support strategic planning.
• Employ computer-based analytical tools for evaluating operational performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Recognize risks, limitations, and operational challenges in joint military environments and propose analytical solutions.
• Apply process modeling and analytical techniques to identify operational hurdles and develop effective resolutions.
• Engage in problem decomposition, concept development, and data-driven analysis to bolster joint military operations.
• Provide expertise in parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods.
