We are seeking a Junior Visual Designer Intern to join our dynamic team in either our Milan or Bolzano hub, contributing to demanding and rapidly evolving creative projects.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a high-potential junior designer with a solid foundation in visual design who is eager to grow within a studio that handles complex, high-end projects.

You will not be regarded as mere support staff; instead, you will be encouraged to think critically, observe keenly, propose ideas, and drive improvements. This internship is structured, yet expectations are high: curiosity, taste, and accountability are essential.

Responsibilities

Support brand and visual identity projects from initial concept to final execution
Create visual assets for digital, print, and presentations
Engage in AI-assisted creative production and experimentation
Transform references, concepts, and feedback into tangible visual outputs
Ensure consistency, precision, and aesthetic quality across all deliverables
Participate in creative reviews, internal discussions, and design research

Requirements

Degree in Visual Design / Communication Design (final-year student or recent graduate)
Strong visual sensitivity and understanding of branding principles
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of Figma is a plus
Interest in AI, generative visuals, and hybrid creative workflows
Ability to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and work with precision
Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Fluency in Italian and English (German is an advantage)
