Our team is expanding in Colombia, and we are on the lookout for a motivated individual with a commercial profile eager to learn and grow as a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR).
Your Role
The Junior BDR will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and generating interest among potential clients, focusing on fleets and companies within the automotive or mobility sector. Your primary objective will be to create new business opportunities and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
Research and prospect new B2B clients in Colombia.
Contact leads through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
Present the value of Autolab and generate interest in our solutions.
Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with the sales team.
Record activities and results in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize the commercial strategy.
