In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure every campaign is primed for success—from launch to optimization and performance delivery. You will serve as the central steward of our advertising campaigns, managing client expectations, monitoring results, and proactively driving improvements across our range of solutions.
You will be the trusted partner who translates objectives into measurable outcomes, ensuring clients fully leverage Teads’ technology, service, and innovation throughout every phase of the campaign lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Within the Campaign Management team, your primary role will be to act as the main post-sale contact for both Self-serve and Managed Service campaigns while also assisting with pre-sale inquiries.
Self-Serve Campaign Management
- Support clients in onboarding to Teads Ad Manager in collaboration with the Enterprise team.
- Provide clear and effective guidance on campaign setup, tracker implementation, and Brand Safety alignment.
- Assist clients in validating campaign setups and backend activations.
- Oversee the post-sale campaign process, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
