Last year alone, we delivered over 3 billion emails, mobile messages, and push notifications, and our client base continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes client satisfaction.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CRM team to execute email campaigns for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. As part of our Customer Service team, your responsibilities will include email design, HTML email build, quality assurance procedures, testing, and full deployment. You will partner with the Studio and eCRM Production teams to uphold our high standards through rigorous quality control before launching campaigns to the targeted audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively communicate with the client’s marketing team regarding all email campaigns.
- Manage campaigns from inception to deployment, ensuring end-to-end execution.
- Oversee daily customer relationship management, both internally and with clients.
- Enhance performance and efficiency through detailed reporting and optimization strategies.
- Generate comprehensive reports to analyze performance metrics and sales data, identifying growth opportunities for client accounts.
- Coordinate with design, data, development, and client teams, providing clear briefs for each department.
- Ensure all project and campaign deadlines are consistently met.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the creative and technical aspects of online marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM platform technology is essential.
- Gain expertise in response-driven email marketing strategies.
