About the Role
As a Junior Content Marketer, you will play a crucial role in strengthening employer brands by telling the right stories. You will conceptualize, write, and coordinate compelling content for career websites and campaigns that make a difference.
Your goal is to help organizations present themselves authentically as employers. You will craft texts that resonate with their identity and target audience while collaborating with our dedicated video partner for visual content. Everything you create is rooted in the questions, desires, and experiences of the target audience.
In this position, you will gradually progress towards a role as a Digital Recruitment Marketer, receiving ample opportunities to learn, experiment, and develop your skills in the field.
Team Collaboration
You will work alongside digital marketers, content specialists, a marketing coordinator, UX/UI designers, developers, and consultants. Together, we assist clients in building strong employer brands and effective campaigns.

What You Bring
You hold a bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or journalism. You have at least one year of experience in online marketing and can easily write for various target groups. You enjoy asking questions, work methodically, and have a sharp eye for detail.
Additional Skills That Will Help You Succeed
Experience or affinity with image editing or video is a plus. You have a basic understanding of SEO and online advertising. You are proficient in English and have an interest in recruitment marketing and employer branding. Working with different brands or clients feels comfortable for you.
What We Offer
A monthly salary ranging from €2,000 to €2,500, commensurate with your experience. You will have the freedom to develop yourself through training and courses. We provide an informal working atmosphere with a focus on work-life balance.
You will work partly from home and partly at our office in Utrecht. We ensure a good lunch daily and love to end the week with a drink. Additionally, you will receive a laptop, travel expense reimbursement, a pension plan, 25 vacation days, and 8% vacation pay.
