Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, integrate, and wire electrical and electronic components, such as circuit boards, harnesses, sensors, power supplies, and control systems, for ground and flight hardware. Assist in the setup and execution of electrical tests, including continuity, insulation resistance, functional, and environmental testing (thermal, vacuum, vibration). Contribute to troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems to identify and resolve performance issues or failures. Adhere to detailed work instructions, schematic diagrams, and engineering documentation to build and test precision systems. Maintain accurate records of builds, test results, non-conformances, and system configurations. Support prototype builds and iterative development cycles for new ground support and space systems. Work collaboratively with engineering teams to provide insights on assembly processes, component selection, and design for manufacturability/testability. Assist in managing inventory of electronic components, wiring, specialized tools, and lab equipment.
