Main responsibilities

User support (N1): Provide in-person and remote assistance to resolve daily issues with Windows, Office, and internal systems.
Hardware and laptops: Handle preventive and corrective maintenance, set up new computers, upgrade components, and install operating systems.
Asset management: Keep accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.
Networks and VPN: Help configure remote access via VPN and support local network infrastructure.
Infrastructure support: Assist with Windows Server tasks and help configure VPN connections with partners.
Security: Support efforts to review and address vulnerabilities, apply patches, and maintain security tools.
Innovation and automation: Contribute to process automation projects using PowerShell and Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks.

Collaboration

This position works closely with the infrastructure and DevOps teams, offering support across a range of technical and operational areas.
