Technical Requirements:Operating Systems: Proficiency in RedHat, Linux, Windows Server, and Openshift. Cloud & Microservices: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Microservices, and Lambdas. Monitoring Tools: Experience with Logic Monitor, Nagios, Grafana, and Kibana. Scripting / Automation: Knowledge of Bash and Python. Databases: Basic understanding of databases and troubleshooting. Networking: Fundamental networking knowledge and troubleshooting abilities. Linux Commands: Experience with administration and maintenance commands. Scheduling Tools: Familiarity with Tidle. Understanding of ITIL and best practices in service management. Experience with ticketing tools, preferably JIRA. Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong motivation to learn and enhance IT operations skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficient communication skills in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment (including shift work, as needed).
