About the Position:We are seeking a Junior Legal Analyst to assist the company with day-to-day legal demands, focusing on customer complaints, labor issues, and general legal support.This role will be responsible for supporting case analysis, documentation organization, legal deadline management, and collaborating with internal teams to minimize legal risks and enhance response quality.You will work closely with the Legal Management team based in Mexico, aiding in coordination across countries and monitoring legal matters throughout the operation.Responsibilities:Assist in managing customer complaints related to consumer rights, regulatory demands, and dispute follow-up.Support in handling labor issues, including documentation collection, process organization, and assistance to external law firms.Provide general legal support to the business, addressing internal inquiries and escalating when required.Review, draft, and organize legal documents, notifications, responses, and simple contracts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records, case controls, and supporting documentation.Monitor deadlines and ensure proper follow-up on ongoing legal and administrative demands.Collaborate with Customer Support, Operations, HR, and leadership to gather information and prepare legal responses.Work in partnership with the legal team in Mexico on case updates, documentation, and reporting.Identify recurring risks or complaint patterns and suggest preventive actions.Assist in compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.Coordinate with external lawyers when necessary, ensuring proper document flow.
