We are seeking enthusiastic individuals (m/f/d) to join our Online Marketing team and assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns for our clients across popular social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients via Zoom, guiding them through a questionnaire and explaining the collaboration process.
Gather all necessary information and access credentials to facilitate project implementation, using checklists to ensure nothing is missed.
Plan and coordinate the execution of marketing projects for our clients.
Maintain regular communication with clients through WhatsApp or Zoom to address their inquiries and concerns.
Independently clarify client questions or requests in collaboration with the marketing team.
Update clients on project progress and outcomes.
Ensure deadlines are met and quality checks are performed using checklists before delivering content to clients.
No prior experience in online marketing is required for this position. You will receive all necessary training during your onboarding process.
