About the Role
- Establish and nurture strong partner relationships by comprehending their needs and objectives, serving as a trusted advisor, and delivering solutions aligned with Fever’s expertise and goals.
- Manage the lifecycle of partner events and projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure timely and efficient execution while monitoring progress.
- Evaluate partner performance by defining KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing growth strategies. Regularly prepare reports to highlight achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively resolve challenges, develop customized solutions, and ensure high partner satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze partner feedback to recommend enhancements in product, marketing, and operations.
- Deeply understand Fever's teams and processes to effectively advocate for partners' needs and contribute to broader team initiatives.
