Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly. Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Customer service-oriented with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn.

In this position, you will contribute significantly to the payroll team by assisting with data entry, payroll calculations, compliance with company policies, and government regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of bi-weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Maintain precise employee records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation adjustments.
  • Verify and enter timekeeping data, including overtime and adjustments.
  • Support payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Promptly respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism.
  • Generate basic payroll reports for management as required.
  • Help reconcile payroll accounts and address discrepancies.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of payroll and employee data.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary payroll information.
  • Stay updated on payroll best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Participate in additional projects for the accounting team.
