As a Junior Product Designer, you will play a vital role at the intersection of AI, financial services, and enterprise software. Your design contributions will be essential in simplifying complex processes and ensuring our AI solutions are user-friendly and dependable. We seek a passionate junior designer eager to learn the intricacies of product design.
Your collaboration with senior designers will involve working on a sophisticated AI platform that empowers financial advisors to engage with clients naturally, while we manage data entry and administrative tasks that typically consume their time. Here, you will encounter unique challenges, work with real technology, and create meaningful design solutions.
This position is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is committed to improving their design craft. You will face challenging problems but will receive mentorship to navigate them effectively. This is an opportunity for growth, not merely a transitional role.
What You'll Work On:
- Participate in product design throughout our AI platform, from initial concepts to production-ready user interfaces, collaborating closely with experienced designers.
- Influence the development of our design system by thinking about components, states, and patterns, rather than just individual screens.
- Work alongside product managers and engineers to grasp the technical and business contexts behind every design decision.
- Incorporate AI tools into your design process. As an AI company, we value curiosity about how AI can enhance design practices.
