Support customers proactively and resolve logistics issues to maintain high service standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field. Experience in logistics, including shipping, warehousing, and carrier negotiations. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical and communication skills.
